3. Nature of the provision
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary in order to answer the request: without it we cannot reply. Providing the company name is optional.
4. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised staff of DOINGPRO SRL and may be disclosed to: the hosting and email service provider, technical consultants and professionals assisting the company, all appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is never disseminated or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Should a provider involve a transfer to third countries, this would take place solely on the basis of an adequacy decision or of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). Requests should be sent to info@doingsecurity.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
